FAQ

How long after I place my order will it take to recieve the goods?

If they are in stock they will ship from Southern California within a couple days. If we need to produce your order they are generally delivered via air between 10 and 16 days and via ocean between 25 and 40 days. Large volume orders may take longer.

What is the difference between medical and non-medical / sterile and non-sterile?

"Medical" means the product is certified for use during healthcare procedures.

The following is less obvious - Some products have little to no difference between Medical and Non-Medical other than the certification, testing and handling procedures required to classify them.

Medical PPE comes in both sterile and non-sterile forms, whereas, non-medical PPE is typically non-sterile and does not require as much rigorous testing.

Medical PPE may require higher grade materials to pass strength and effectiveness tests.

Does FDA certification mean that they are medical grade?

Not necessarily. PPE products can be registered with the FDA for non-medical use, such as food handling nitrile gloves or non-medical use masks.

Do you provide product samples?
